Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens when my free trial ends?
When the 14-day trial on Pro or Enterprise ends, your account moves to the Free plan automatically. You keep your store and all your data. You can upgrade again whenever you're ready.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No credit card is required to start on the Free plan. A card is only needed when you choose to upgrade to Pro or Enterprise.
Can I use my own domain?
Custom domains are available on the Enterprise plan. You point your DNS to us and we handle the SSL certificate.
How does billing work?
All paid plans are billed monthly. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You can cancel anytime and your access continues until the end of the paid period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also supported.
